JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
PEN S J Electronics Sdn. Bhd. is an advanced material manufacturer. Our company is a manufacturer and supplier to the global electronics, semiconductor, and thermal management markets. We manufacture thermal interface material which is used in high power computing (HPC) and high power (HP) industries.
We are looking for an experienced and self-motivated Senior Technical Product Engineer:
- Responsible for understanding about customer's requirements on our products
- Responsible for conveying customer's product requirements to R&D/Quality departments of the company, timely communicating problems encountered by both parties, seeking
- the best solutions for design win
- Responsible for the formulation of the company's technical documents and technical analysis and exception handling of products
- Responsible for assisting the customer on company's new products validation build at customer site
- To coordinate all customer technical and quality related request
- Any other tasks arranged by superior
QUALIFICATION/ EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENT:
- B. Eng or M.Eng in materials science, mechanical engineering or equivalent
- Mininum 5 years in SMT or high computing electronics device manufacturing environment
- Must be able to read, write and speak in Mandarin and English
